In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. To register an Account and use any service on wkn33, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. By completing registration, you declare under penalty of account closure that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
2.2 Residency. wkn33 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wkn33 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Identity Verification. wkn33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name), and a selfie photograph. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
2.4 Underage Gambling. wkn33 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, freeze the Balance, and conduct a mandatory age verification review. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage use may be forfeited.
2.5 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on wkn33. Maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
3.1 Registration Process. To create a wkn33 Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a mobile phone number, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, and your date of birth.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to update your account information promptly if any registered details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your Account with any third party, nor to allow any third party to access your Account. wkn33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify wkn33 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
3.4 Account Currency. All wkn33 accounts are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wkn33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wkn33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your wkn33 Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 1 to 15 minutes of receipt by wkn33's banking processor, subject to interbank processing times. wkn33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission, provided that: (a) the Member's Account has passed KYC verification; (b) no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the balance being withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method; and (d) the withdrawal is to the same payment method and account holder name used for the deposit, consistent with anti-money-laundering requirements.
4.4 Same-Source Rule. wkn33 applies a same-source withdrawal policy: funds must be returned to the same payment method from which they were deposited, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be processed to any verified payment method registered to your Account.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wkn33 complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual activity patterns are detected. Transactions suspected to involve money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 General. wkn33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire if not met within the stated validity period.
5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), while eligible slots typically contribute 100%. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. wkn33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has exploited or attempted to exploit bonuses through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse. wkn33's determination of bonus abuse is final.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
6.1 Game Availability. wkn33 makes no guarantee that any specific game, live dealer table, or sportsbook market will be available at any given time. Games and markets may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice due to licensing, technical, or operational requirements.
6.2 Bet Settlement. All casino game outcomes are final once the relevant game round concludes. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the event result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, wkn33's records and the records of the relevant game provider shall be the definitive reference.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game error during a casino game or live dealer session, wkn33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet stake to the Member's Account. In no circumstance will wkn33 be liable for any purported winnings arising from a technically malfunctioning game.
6.4 Sportsbook — Palpable Errors. wkn33 reserves the right to void any sportsbook bet placed at odds that were published in error (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has been accepted by the system. Stake will be returned in full for any such voided bet.
6.5 Responsible Betting Limits. Members may set personal deposit, loss, and session limits through the Account Settings panel. wkn33 encourages all Members to use these tools as part of responsible gambling practice.
7.1 wkn33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. Members may at any time apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for a defined period), or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.
7.2 Members who believe they may be experiencing a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to contact wkn33 support immediately. 7.3 wkn33 will not knowingly allow persons who have self-excluded to re-register or regain access to the platform during their exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wkn33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses:
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, wkn33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or winnings due to technical failure or service interruption; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any loss or damage caused by events beyond wkn33's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
10.2 wkn33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by Applicable Laws.
11.1 wkn33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wkn33 is required to do so by law, regulatory requirement, or court order; (c) wkn33 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account; or (d) the Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of wkn33's operations or to other Members.
11.2 Member-Initiated Closure. A Member may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting wkn33 support. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance (excluding any outstanding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
11.3 In the event of Account closure due to a Material Breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, underage use, or bonus abuse), wkn33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including deposited funds.
12.1 wkn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, wkn33 will endeavour to notify registered Members via email to their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
12.2 Your continued use of the wkn33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wkn33's international licensing jurisdiction. Where a Member is resident in Indonesia, Applicable Laws of Indonesia shall also be relevant to the extent they apply to the Member's conduct.
13.2 wkn33 operates under internationally recognised licensing standards and is committed to conducting its business in a lawful and transparent manner. wkn33 does not facilitate any activity that is knowingly in breach of the laws of any jurisdiction in which it operates.
